1.Awareness- Self-awareness is an essential trait of a great leader. By knowing your values, personality, needs, habits and emotions, and how they affect your actions and the actions of others, you'll be better able to manage your stress, make better decisions and ultimately lead others to do the same.Developing emotional self-awareness is a crucial first step in effective leadership because it lays the foundation upon which emotional and social intelligence is built. Self-awareness also helps leaders link their emotions to the effectiveness of their interactions with others.

2.Honesty/Integrity- While leading any industry the most important principle of every leader is integrity because it demands truthfulness and other is honesty. Integrity means telling the truth even if the truth is ugly. Better to be honest than to delude others, because then you are probably deluding yourself too. A person of integrity lives bound sound principles and motivates through ethical behavior. Integrity is the most important trait of leadership in our society because regardless of what other beneficial characteristics exist, people will not follow someone unless they have established trust with them.Honesty is also referred by positivity and integrity. The ability to develop trust in followers and legitimacy is based on honesty. Effective leaders always follow these principles. They draft and lead the way, they produce a vision of upcoming missions, inspire people, help others and encourage their team members.

3.Relationship Building- All the leadership’s relationships are founded on trust and confidence, people take risks, make changes, keep organizations and movements alive. Through that relationship, leaders turn their constituents into leaders themselves.

So if you want to be a leader first, here is where to put your focus.

A.You have to Inspire and motivate always those around you.

B.You have to build depth in relationships with all the individuals.

C.You have to coach and develop others ability to create value.

D.You have to foster teamwork and collaboration and bring people together.

4.Innovation- Innovation is a philosophy and technique that combines different leadership styles to influence employees to produce creative ideas, products, and services. The key role in the practice of innovation leadership is the innovation leader. Innovative leaders are creative visionaries who have big ideas and, most importantly, can motivate people around them to turn those ideas into reality. An innovative leader does not even need to be the person who creates the idea behind an innovation
